PUBLIC NOTICE FOR SALE

The undersigned as Authorised Officers of UCO BANK has taken over possession of the following properties pursuant to the Notice Issued U/S 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security interest Act-2002. It has been decided by the undersigned to sell the properties of under noted borrowers/guarantors detailed herein below on “AS IS WHERE IS & AS IS WHAT IS” basis for realsation of Bank’s dues.

Offers are invited in sealed cover by the undersigned from intending buyer(s) /bidders for purchase of above property/ies. The interested buyers may send their offers for the above properties in sealed cover alongwith demand draft in favour of UCO BANK payable at Ferozepur /Jalandhar towards earnest money as mentioned above to the undersigned on or before 5 P.M. at my office i.e. UCO BANK,REGIONAL OFFICE,51-MAHAVIR MARG,JALANDHAR.

The last date of receiving tender is 29.10.2005. Date of opening tender 03.11.2005 time 11.30 A.M at my Office.

The intending buyers may inspect the properties latest by 28.10.2005 for which they may contact our above said Sr. Manager of the concerned branch.

The offer without earnest money deposit will summarily be rejected. The undersigned reserve the right to accept or reject any or all the offers or adjourn /postpone the sale without assigning any reason thereof. If the offer is accepted , the purchaser has to deposit immediately 25% of sale price and if he fails to deposit the same the amount deposited towards the earnest money shall be forfeited and the property shall forthwith be sold again. The balance amount of purchase price shall be paid on or before the 15th day of confirmation of sale or such extended period as such may be agreed in writing and in default of payment within the period, the deposit and earnest money shall be forfeited and the property shall be resold.

Any other statutory dues /taxes/stamp duty/registration fee etc shall have to be borne by the buyer separately.

This is also a notice to the borrower/guarantor of the above said loan about holding of auction/sale on above mentioned date if their outstanding dues are not repaid in full.
