Tender Notice for Supply and Installation of low cost CCTV System at our branches

Item-wise rate contract tenders are invited from reputed and experienced Vendors either empanelled with our Bank or any other Bank fulfilling the terms and conditions laid down by the Bank, for installation of DVR based CCTV system, cameras etc along with schedule of quantities and other terms and conditions including the scope of work.

Vendors are requested to submit sealed tender along with earnest money of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) in the form of Managers’ Cheque/Banker’s cheque/Demand Draft drawn in favour of “UCO Bank, Zonal Office, Bhopal”. This tender is to be submitted in one envelope superscribed “TENDER FOR INSTALLATION OF CCTV SYSTEMS” and this envelope should contain three separate envelops superscribed as detailed below: -

            Envelop No. 1: EMD (Earnest Money Deposit)
            Envelop No. 2: Technical Bid
            Envelop No. 3:  Financial bid/ or commercial bid.

Rates have to be quoted in figures as well as in words in the space provided and in case of discrepancies between the prices written in words and figures, the prices written in words shall be considered correct.

The tenderers shall submit their offers strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Tender document. Any tender that stipulates conditions contrary to the conditions given in the tender document shall be liable for rejection.
 
All the documents attached to this letter in original in three separate envelops duly signed, stamped and sealed should reach the Security Officer (Security), UCO Bank, Zonal Office, E-5 Arera Colony, Bittan Market, Bhopal – 462016 on or before 24 Oct 2008 upto 1200 hours by hand. The sealed tenders will also be opened on the same day at 1500 Hours subject to verification of the envelopes No. 1 & 2.

Bank will not be bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons, whatsoever.

The unsealed tenders and the tenders not accompanied with EMD will be rejected out rightly.
